Three films were released simultaneously this week. These include Vidyut Jamwal’s Commando 3, Dev Patel’s Hotel Mumbai and Vardhan Puri’s Sali Aashiqui. Commando 3 has performed well at the box office on the first day. The film may have started with a controlling breach but it has not had a significant impact on box office collection.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh has shared the box office collection of Commando 3. The opening of Commando 3 has been good. Commando 3, released on November 29, Friday, has done a business of Rs 4.74 crore on the first day, which is a good start. According to Taran, most of the collections of the film are from evening shows.

Aditya Dutt Directed Commando 3 is an action drama. It has Vidyut Jamwal, Ada a sharma, Angra Dhar and Gulshan in the lead roll. Due to its introductory scene, the film was caught in a controlling breach with the release.

The second release was made by Dev Patel-Anupam Kher starrer Hotel Mumbai. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh said the first day’s collection of hotel Mumbai was Rs 1.08 crore. The film needs to catch pace this weekend.

The film Hotel Mumbai is an Australian-American-Indian co-production film. It has been directed by Antony Mars. The film is based on the 2008 Mumbai terror attack. Sohail Nayyar, Nagesh Bhosle, including Dev Patel, Anupam Kher, are in the crucial role.

Besides Commando 3 and Hotel Mumbai, Amrish Puri’s grandson Vardhan Puri starrer Sali Aashiqui also released on November 29. According to trade experts, the film will earn one to two crore on the first day. Vardhan Puri and Shivalika Oberoi have done a good job in this film directed by Cheraga Ruparel.
